Most people come to my blog here and ask me, Chris, what is the best exercise to lose belly fat? I have a lot of loose abdominal fat that I want to get rid, of… Can you give me an exercise that will remove it for me? The answer is, YES. But you need to keep in mind that you are better of following a complete fat loss plan like fat burning furnace than just relying on a single exercise since you cannot spot reduce.
There is no “Best Exercse To lose Belly Fat”… But my 2 favorites are definitely:
- Squat
- Burpee
The reason I focus on these exercises to help get rid of loose abdominal fat is because they are VERY metabolically expensive exercises. The reason you want to do metabolically expensive exercises is because it boosts your metabolism and burns a lot of calories for little exercise time spent in the gym. You can do these exercises at home too, which is great for comfort if you don’t want to get out of the house.
But the best way to get rid of your loose abdominal fat is to follow a strict fat loss diet and exercise program. I recommend fat burning furnace. This program has a very well focused on efficient dieting and exercising, without excess cardio training. Cardio is not that effective, instead you actually want to focus most of your attention on diet, then strength training.
