If you have heard about getting a six pack, then you know that it takes a healhty diet, cardio and strength training during a longer period of time to achieve this. But 8-Pack abs, and revealing the last two, bottom abs is a BIG DEAL and hard to do. Not only do you require to already have six pack abs (such as following truth about abs), but you also need to builk up your lower to abs a lot more.
It doesn’t all boil down to body fat! You also need big, bulky abs which can be very hard to get for some people.
You need to work HARD on your lower abs, or simply be blessed with amazing genetics (obviously). Getting an 8-pack is nothing I’ve ever achieved. I pretty much cannot get it, because my genetics are even bad for getting a six-pack, lol. My abs have had a lot of trouble separating, but finally they did… It looked more like 3 “lines” of abs… The middle part wouldn’t reveal itself, but since burning off the fat it’s been appearing. The trouble with getting 8 pack abs is that you need to be extremely low body fat, first of all. This means, lots of cardio and 100% control of your diet.
Not even all professional bodybuilders using steriods get 8-pack abs, because of genetics, so do not fear if you cannot get more than a six pack. It’s still a BIG ACHIEVEMENT that many people strive for. But in order to bulk up the lower 2 abs you actually need to work hard with weights, much like you would when bulking up your six pack.
Here are a few exercises that might interest you in this matter:
- Weighted Hanging Leg-Raises – 3 x 12
- Weighted Leg Raises on Floor – 3 x 12
- Pulse-Ups (as done in P90X Ab Ripper X)
Focus on these exercises and increase your weights at all times to build up the lower abs. Also keep doing what you are doing to lose more fat covering the abs. That’s the process, but remember if you cannot get 8 pack abs it might be because of genetics so do not get discouraged.
