Thanks for coming back so often, can I offer you this FREE GIFT as a token of my appreciation?
Are you looking to buy the p90x extreme home fitness system? Do you want to know if the P90x workouts are easy or hard and if it’s something for you or not? Well… I’ve tested the workouts and I know what they are like. First of all, I’d like to say that P90X is one of the most complete fitness programs for the beginner to do at home, alone, if you like to follow along with instructions on video.
The problem I see is that you will not build very serious amounts of muscle, like you would on a more traditional muscle building program like “Muscle Gain Truth – The Truth About Building Muscle” by Sean Nalewanyj. Although you will build muscle and burn fat with the P90x program it does take a lot of time and effort to go through the program.
It is a very nice program if you do not know much about fitness and working out from home and I really like the P90 Ab Ripper X section, I try to do that workout 2 times per week on my off days from strength training. The program has very many various parts, like strength training, yoga and plyometrics etc. I find that it just has too many different workouts and not all of them are fun in my opinion. I tend to like the “heavy weight lifting” sessions I do on my own more than following a video. Other people LOVE the fact that they can follow Tony Hortons workout and just “DO IT” along with him.
Knowing what I know, this program will defininitely change the way you look in 90 days, period. If you are sendetary now and get on P90x there is no doubt that you would lose fat and build a bit of muscle.
Another thing I do not like about the program is that you pretty much have to use their supplements that they recommend. I believe this is just out there for making money, it’s not necissary. Protein powder and some omega-3 and multi-vitamin pills are all you need, really!
I tend to hover towards doing more traditional strength training and combine that with interval training like Truth About Abs shows. This is another fat loss program and I really like it. It’s a lot cheaper and works just as well, but P90 X is very good! I know a lot of people who have tried it and gotten outstanding results. I also know people who have tried, Truth About Abs and gotten ripped as well.
I think the main thing is sticking with your program, wheter it be one like P90X or Truth About Abs! Either way, it’s all in your mind. Will you do it? I hope so!
