Found an interesting video on Obesity. How the body anabolizes or catabolizes etc. What makes you hungry? Hormones and things like leptin, ghrelin and insulin. Many other things about energy and psychological reasons we eat etc. I really liked it so hope you can watch the video and get something good out of it. Unfortunately it only talks about “food” and a more scientific view of how it works in your body when you eat certain foods…
This is very scientific and detailed so beware. If you want a short version it’s: Eat Less, Exercise More. Reduce stress by exercise and eat less sugar… Try to increase your metabolism by exercise and more frequent meals etc.
It also talks about genetic predeposition for obesity… The leptin levels are low so they cannot control the food intake etc… This is only about 8-9% according to him, but if you want to overcome this and still increase your metabolism and burn fat I recommend a good fat loss program such as truth about abs.
