In order to reveal a six pack you have to get your abdominal fat layers down, but you also need to have a developed set of abs beneath the fat. The more ripped your abs are the higher your abdominal fat can be and your abs will still show through, so there are many benefits to building your abs bigger. Although the key is to lower your body fat covering the abs through proper diet and exercise.

Anyway, people ask me how to get ripped abs and the answer is simple. P90x Ab Ripper X. This thing will make your abs pop like crazy within 6-12 weeks. Do this 2 times per week, monday & friday or tuesday and thursday etc. I tend to do it after my cardio on Thursday and Tuesdays if I do it, otherwise I just do the plank for 2 minutes x 3!

It’s the full 16+ minutes of exercise. I just finished it, didn’t make it through… Had done too hard cardio to keep my legs up for most of the exercises, lol… If you make it through this easily your abs are ripped, guaranteed. Then focus on burning off the fat with a solid nutritional diet and proper strength training as well as cardio.
