If you want to get rid of belly fat quickly and easily without losing muscle or starve yourself you will need to engage in physical exercise. The best way to lose stomach fat is through a solid diet and nutrition program, followed by a well thought out exercise plan. This combination of correct food and correct workouts will help you lose stomach fat and get in to lean condition.

Major reduction in calories is unhealthy and many times leaves you drained of energy, slower metabolism and loss of muscle. Keep your calories high, but just under maintenance in order to stimulate fat loss, then exercise away the rest.
