Should I Buy Supplements To Lose Belly Fat Faster?

by Chris on May 11, 2010

Thanks for coming back so often, can I offer you this FREE GIFT as a token of my appreciation?

This is a big question many would like to have answered. The answer is YES, and a resounding NO at the same time. The reason for this is because supplements are just that, supplements. It’s not some magic pill or formula you can simply eat and have fat blast away. Unfortunately it doesn’t work that way.

Nope. So if you are not doing everything else right, supplements are a total waste of time and money for you. The only time I recommend you take supplements is if you are already doing everything else right when it comes to diet and exercise. Only then will supplements help you go from where you are to the next level.

If you are not currently eating good food, then supplements might only help you get fatter. So start with cleaning up your diet to include as much “clean foods” as possible. This is fruits, vegetables, lean meats and healthy fats. If you need to then supplement with something I recommend only pretty much these 3 supplements: Multivitamin (1 daily pill), Omega-3 Fish Oil/Flaxseed Oil for Omega-3’s and Whey protein.

Any supplements beyond these are pretty much useless or give so little effect for their money that you’d only be wasting your time with them. There is only 1 more additional supplement I would recommend at times of really heavy training and during fat loss and muscle building and that’s Creatine.

I do not recommend any fat burning pills or fat burners to lose belly fat at all, in fact I only recommend a good solid nutrition plan and intense weight lifting in combination with a solid cardio regimen. This works to blast of belly fat like nothing you’ve seen before!

If you are not currently on a fat loss program that is specific and detailed, or you are not getting the results you want from your current plan then I highly recommend you check out Fat Burning Furnace right now to learn how 45 minutes 3 times per week could be more effective than your current workouts!
